Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Weardrobe (“the App”), developed by solofam (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you use the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Accounts

• Sign-in is required to use the App.
• We support sign-in with Google and Apple accounts (availability may vary depending on device and platform).
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activities that occur under your account.

Offline-First Storage and Cloud Backup

• Local storage: The App stores your wardrobe data and photos locally on your device so it can work offline.
• Cloud backup/sync (default): When signed in and online, the App syncs and backs up your data using Google Firebase services to help restore your data if you reinstall the App or change phones.

Availability: Cloud backup/sync depends on network connectivity and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to cloud services. Your local device copy is the primary copy while the App is installed on that device. Cloud backup is provided as a convenience and is not a guaranteed archival service.

Free Features, Permanent Ad Removal, and Existing Subscriptions

• Core wardrobe, outfit, calendar, and collection features are free and may be supported by ads. Optional rewarded ads describe their reward before you choose to watch.
• Remove Ads Forever: The available one-time, non-consumable purchase removes ads and rewarded-ad prompts from the app. It does not renew automatically. The store displays the price and any applicable taxes before purchase. This benefit applies to the Weardrobe app while the service is available; it is not a promise that the service will operate indefinitely.
• Purchase verification and restoration: Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and verified by our backend. Use the original store account and the Weardrobe account associated with the purchase when restoring. A purchase cannot be reassigned to a different Weardrobe account through the restore button. Internet access may be needed for initial verification and restoration.
• Existing subscribers: Existing paid subscription benefits remain recognized for their valid paid period. Buying permanent ad removal does not cancel an existing store subscription; manage it separately to avoid continued renewal charges.
• Legacy subscription auto-renewal: Existing subscriptions generally renew automatically unless canceled through your store account settings before the end of the current billing period.
• Managing or canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play / App Store subscription settings.
• Refunds: Billing and refunds are handled according to Google Play / App Store policies and may vary by region.

Your Content

• You own the content you create or upload in the App (such as photos, wardrobe items, and outfits).
• You grant us permission to host, store, process, and display your content to operate the App, including backup/sync, viewing your content, and publishing only the content you explicitly choose to share.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload.

Sharing, Reminders, and Forecasts

Outfit polls make the selected images and labels available to anyone with the link for up to seven days, unless you remove the poll earlier. Recipients may forward links or save copies. Only share images you have permission to publish. Guest vote counts reflect browser-based voting with abuse controls and are not verified counts of unique people.

Reminder delivery depends on device permissions and operating-system behavior. Weather forecasts are estimates supplied by MET Norway under CC BY 4.0 and can be unavailable or out of date; the app shows the forecast retrieval time. Outfit suggestions are recommendations you can change.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its services.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we must do so for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. The “Effective Date” above shows the latest revision.
