This page explains how to request deletion of your Weardrobe account and associated cloud data. Weardrobe uses Google or Apple sign-in and stores cloud data in Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Storage).
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Review what will be removed and sign in again to confirm. Once accepted, deletion continues on our server even if you close the app. It cannot be undone.
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify ownership (for example: replying from the same email address used to sign in, or completing a secure sign-in verification).
Deletion includes your profile, wardrobe, photos, saved looks, calendar, lookbooks, activity, notification tokens and online voting links. A minimal deletion-job receipt is retained for 30 days for retries and support. Short-lived abuse-prevention records expire automatically. Store-held transaction records are controlled by Google or Apple. Deleting Weardrobe does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your store settings.
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days after verifying ownership.
The in-app flow removes this account’s saved wardrobe and photos from this phone after the server accepts the request. If interrupted, local cleanup resumes when you next open the app. Other accounts on this phone are preserved. For a website/email request, remove app storage on your devices or uninstall the app. Images you shared into other apps or that recipients saved cannot be recalled.
